People that are not gaining weight are also pretty active people. So when you try to lose weight, stop comparing your results with others, and have some self-love. People rarely link the quality of sleep with weight gain. But you will be surprised how important that is, both for mental and physical health. If you are not rested well, you won’t be able to be physically active, and more importantly, you will crave food, especially sugars a lot more.
